The Kymata Atlas is a map of mathematical transforms ('functions') taking place in the human brain. These transforms are represented as a directed acyclic graph, where nodes represent the cortical locations of the output of a transform, and the edges between them represent the transform itself.
Our instantiation of the procedure that infers these transforms is called Kymata, and the map this proceedure creates is the Kymata Atlas. The website kymata.org allows public access to the Kymata Atlas through interactive visualizations in the browser and an API.
